Welcome to DailyAthlete! Here are some frequently asked questions that may help you with your shopping experience:

1. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or items that have been customized for you. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you. For more information, please see our full return and refund policy.

2. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and follow the checkout process. You will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information, as well as your preferred payment method. 

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. The delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet, we are working on adding this. We have new products in the works and plan on making these internationally available.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on the shipping carrier's website. Head to the "Track Your Order" section of our website and input your tracking number there. You can track your order directly from our website!
