Refund Policy
At DailyAthlete, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or items that have been customized for you.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you.
Process for Returns and Refunds
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at dailyathleteshop@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions for returning your items.
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own protection.
- Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 business days. If you are requesting a refund, we will refund the original payment method. If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new items to you at no additional cost.
Exceptions
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will NOT cover the cost of shipping the items back to us and if examined as defective, provide you with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
- If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the damage to assist with our investigation.
